- Drop off your computer(s) between store hours Monday-Friday 10am-7pm & Saturday 10am-5pm.
- OnSite Service Diagnostic Charge: $79.95 per PC
- Advance appointment is required! Available from Monday-Friday 8:30am-9pm & Saturday 9:30am-6pm, Sunday is available at $99.95 per PC.

- For Compuage Computers purchased before July 1, 1998: $24.95 In House

Year 2000 Preparation
Additional Service: Data Backup for your PC
- $145 per 600mb backup In House (call for On-Site Service quotation)
- We will burn your data onto a CD. We now accept advance In-House, or On-Site appointment. Please make sure you copy our reservation number for future reference. 10% of deposit is required to hold your reservation. Once we confirm your advance appointment, we will grantee to finish your back up job before year 2000, or we will double refund your service fee. ACT NOW!
- OnSite Backup Service is very time consuming. If your data is critical, please make your reservation as early as possible.
- $295 per PC backup In House (not exceed 6gb hard disk drive)
- We will place your entire hard disk drive on to CDs with compressed mirror images. $95 per PC per restoring service if any restoring service is needed.
Note:
- We need our customers to double check their files are being backed up correctly after the backup job. There is a 10 days windows for you to check your backups. And if we did not back up your drive correctly, we will redo the backup job. After 10 days, we are not responsible for our backup job.
